Warm Jerk Chicken Strip Salad
Pan-fried chicken-fillet strips, seasoned with Dunn’s River Jamaican Jerk Seasoning and served with romaine salad leaves, scallions, and bell pepper, finished with a cooling Dunn’s River Jerk Seasoning-spiced Crème fraiche.
Place chicken fillets in a bowl and sprinkle with Dunn’s River Jerk Seasoning.
Wash Romaine leaves.
Thinly slice spring onion/scallion.
Thinly slice bell pepper.
Layer salad leaves with spring onion and peppers.
Warm oil in a heavy bottom pan over a moderate heat.
Mix Crème fraiche with Dunn’s River Jerk Seasoning
Sauté chicken fillets in a pan for approximately 10-15 mins, turning halfway through, ensuring chicken is fully cooked through
Dress your jerk chicken strips onto your salad, and finish with a drizzle of jerk- spiced Crème fraiche.

- 250g Chicken fillet strips
- 4tsp Dunn’s River Jerk Seasoning (3 tsp for chicken and 1 for Crème fraiche)
- 1/2 head Romaine lettuce
- 3 Scallions
- 3 Green Pepper
- 50ml Crème fraiche\
- Oil to pan fry
