One-Pot Macaroni & Chilli Bean Casserole
A satisfying family meal with all the cheesy goodness of Mac & Cheese, and the rich, deliciousness of Chilli con Carne - and all made in just one pot too!

1) Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over a medium-high heat. Sauté the onion and red bell pepper for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.

2) Add the beef mince to the pan and cook for a further 5 minutes until the beef is fully cooked through and break up the mince with a wooden spoon as you go.

3) Cover the saucepan and continue to cook for 12 minutes or until the macaroni is al dente, stirring occasionally.

4) Portion into individual bowls and top each grated cheddar to serve – Enjoy!

- Dunn’s River Red Kidney Beans, x1 can
- Chopped Tomatoes x1 can, 400g
- Beef Mince, 250g
